  • Initial Review: I personally review your inquiry within 24–48 business hours.

  • Consultation Call: If my current caseload allows for new learners, I will reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.

  • Waitlist: If my direct-service sessions are currently full, I will let you know immediately and can discuss adding you to my waitlist or starting with the Parent Partnership Program.
