BCBA DIRECT
MODEL
Description: One-on-one direct ABA Therapy + parent education sessions with BCBA.
Commitment: Up to 12 hours per week direct services and up to 4 hours per week parent education sessions with service model to be reassessed every 6 months based on response to intervention.
Focus: Personalized skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals implemented directly by me.
*Recommended to have Insurance approval with this model but private pay options are available!
CAREGIVER
EDUCATION
PROGRAM
Description: One-on-one direct ABA Therapy with a focus on parent education with BCBA.
Commitment: Up to 4 hours per week with service model to be reassessed every 6 months based on response to intervention.
Focus: Increasing caregiver knowledge of ABA principles, behavior response strategies, and teaching methods.
Priority: Families in this program receive priority consideration for transitioning into Direct Treatment as openings occur.
*Recommended to have Insurance approval with this model but private pay options are available.
CONSULTATION &
CAREGIVER
EDUCATION
Description: Parent education sessions with BCBA focused on immediate coaching and strategy development.
Commitment: 2-4 hours/week of direct BCBA Consultation for varying durations
2-week Initial: A good fit for families wanting to try before they buy!
1-month Intensive: Best for addressing a specific, high-priority behavior or skill.
2-month Comprehensive: Ideal for developing a baseline of behavior strategies and establishing a consistent home routine.
Focus: Increasing caregiver knowledge of ABA principles, behavior response strategies, and teaching methods.
Private pay rates are available upon request for families seeking targeted, short-term support or those currently on waitlists. Rates reflect the unique value of a 100% BCBA-led model, ensuring every minute of your child’s therapy is guided by over a decade of clinical expertise
